Please meet, Teresa Brandt and her mother Barbara Woosley, our Spotlight Clients for August 2018. My mother lives in Orlando and I live in another state. When home health care was not enough care for my mother, I knew I had to start looking into other alternatives. My mother suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and could no longer make decisions for herself. She had been receiving Medicaid for two years and it was essential that she be able to continue to receive benefits. As her power of attorney, I knew I was in need of advice on how to best prepare for the challenges ahead.

From my first call to The Elder Law Center of Kirson & Fuller, I knew this was the right firm for us. The professionalism and law experience has been invaluable to me. My mother is now in a memory care facility and doing beautifully and we were able to sell her house before it even went on the market.

It has been a privilege to be able to serve Teresa and Barbara. To show our appreciation for their trust in us, we have made a $100 donation to an organization important to them, the Alzheimer’s Association. Thank you, Teresa, for all your kind words, and for always being a pleasure to work with.
