Patricia “Patti” Fuller is Board Certified in Elder Law by the Florida Bar. She specializes in Asset Preservation Planning, Medicaid, Special Needs Trusts, VA Benefits, Planning for Disability, Guardianship, Wills, Trusts, Advance Directives and Probate and Trust Administration.
Patti is a VA Accredited Attorney and is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. She is Chairman of the Veterans Benefits Committee of the Florida Bar, Co-Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, a Board Member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar Association.
Patti earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her law degree from St. Johns University School of Law.
