        Florida Registered Paralegal                                         

         Linda Hayes is a Florida Registered Paralegal specializing in probate and guardianship. She received her paralegal degree in 1998 and has worked in the legal field for over 10 years. Linda started out as a Trial Clerk for the Orange County Clerk of Court in the criminal division. She has worked in the probate and guardianship field for 6 years. She is compassionate and understanding in dealing with difficult situations. In her off time, Linda enjoys reading, going to the movies and spending time with her daughter.

        Lucy Barrett

        Marketing Coordinator and Legal Assistant to Attorney Heather C. Kirson and Attorney Patricia T. Fuller

         Lucy’s role as legal assistant began in November, 2009. She is a Baltimore, Maryland native and has been a Florida resident for the past four years. Lucy acheived her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Lucy is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. In her free time, Lucy  enjoys going to the beach, movies and spending time with her friends.

    Fanny Gomez

    Public Benefit Coordinator

         Fanny began her career in the healthcare industry which later spurred her passion for assisting the disabled. She has over 7 years experience working with government benefits. Fanny graduated from Temple University with a degree in Psychology. As a mother of two girls, Fanny enjoys traveling, martial arts, and cooking with her children.

        Chris Holmes   

    Legal Assistant to Attorney Heather C. Kirson and Attorney Patricia T. Fuller

    Chris began her career as a Research Assistant at UCF and later became a stay-at-home mom. During that time she also helped care for a family member who was suffering with dementia. Chris graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Psychology. She reentered the workforce 6 years ago and brings her research experience and compassion for others to The Elder Law Center. Chris enjoys going to the beach, reading and spending time with her family.
